I joined Iron Tribe to gain core strength. I have scoliosis so core strength is crucial in holding my chiropractic adjustments. For years I lived with chronic back ache, and after only 8 weeks of working out consistently at Iron Tribe, three days per week, my back pain was gone! After 1 year of consistent workouts, I have been able to hold ten degrees of correction to my spine! It’s all about the core strength for me and I get that at Iron Tribe. I joined Iron Tribe because I was lacking “intensity” in my workout. I was in good shape when I joined, but what I love about Iron Tribe is the challenge and group dynamic. The workouts are exactly what I was looking for – intense!! – and I feel so much more aware of my body: my muscles, my balance, and where I max out. The trainers are so helpful and encouraging, always making sure we understand a movement/lift before we incorporate it into a workout. I’m a huge fan. I love Iron Tribe!
Long overdue but it’s time. I can’t tell you how much I have been enjoying coming to this gym as I wanted to get back into Crossfit after a shoulder injury a long time ago. Since then it’s been off and on with different Crossfit gyms. When I moved here recently from California, I was looking at getting back into the Crossfit scene. I happened to run into ITF which was just around the corner from where we lived and decided to check it out. It was a clean and good looking gym from outside and noticed the equipment that was inside similar to all of the boxes I have been to in the past. So decided to take note and started to walk away. Suddenly I noticed a big and stalky guy with a big smile and met me at the door. He invited me in and introduced himself as Earl.
After a couple conversations and consultations my wife and I decided to jump right into Iron Tribe as we were very excited to get back into the Crossfit scene. Since this was not a full blown Crossfit box it was more about personal fitness and personal training without the ego or competition like atmosphere. Instead, it was more focused on small groups and mainly concentrating on movements and techniques. It was programmed around the athlete and setting the goal. My wife and I enjoyed the 101 classes which got ourselves familiarize again with the movements we use to perform at a
Crossfit gym but this time it was at a pace to lead us up to regular classes.
Since we have graduated from 101 classes we have enjoyed coming to regular classes and leaving with so much energy and re-energized feeling refreshed and giddy…lol! We love the ITF community, coaches and the relationships we have newly forged since we moved here to Washington. It’s truly a second family to us and we have committed ourselves to ITF simply because we believe in their ethics and professionalism as well as the wonderful coaches and workouts designed to get you results.

I came to Iron Tribe because of the coaches. I stay because of the results, the community and of course the coaches. My fitness journey only started a few years ago. Training at Iron Tribe has taken my work out to a whole new level. In just a couple months I have realized vast improvements in my strength and endurance. The coaches will meet you at your fitness level and scale the movements to your ability. Correct form and safety is always top of mind and they’re encouraging and full of FUN. Working out with a team is also motivating. Everyone there may have different personal goals but they all have one in common; improvement.
I started at Iron Tribe Fitness a little over three months ago. I’ve never been fit, and I’ve tried a LOT of programs, classes, gyms, etc over the years. I’ve never stuck with any of them. Iron Tribe just clicked! I started with their 101 program, where they teach you the basics, and now I go three times a week. I love the varied workouts, and I look and feel a lot stronger! No lie, I get compliments from total strangers! Example – the nurse who was giving me a vaccination asked me if I was a rower because of my shoulder muscles! 😀 Totally made my day!
The trainers are AMAZING. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel like they really care about me and my health, and they help me find the best way to reach my goals – and cheer me on the whole way.

Before IronTribe I practiced yoga and walked. I got out there, but I didn’t feel fit or strong. The coaches at IT Redmond are encouraging, knowledgeable and fun! I’ve completed the intro month-long class and am hooked! Great facility and never a boring workout. Amazing nutritional support and fantastic coaches make the 45 min you give them really matter!
Coming from collegiate athletics where workouts were carefully designed and run in an energetic team setting, I found typical gyms lacked a lot of the appeal of a what I consider to be a good workout – I would roam the gym with great intentions but get easily distracted and often could leave without a great workout. That doesn’t happen at Iron Tribe.
Class at Iron Tribe brings the structure to push you and the team atmosphere to motivate you. I never fail to leave my morning class physically exhausted and yet totally energized to take on the rest of the day. Highly recommend you go check it out. Go Tribe!
Iron Tribe has fundamentally changed every aspect of my life! I know you have all heard the saying: “It’s the little things in life that matter most!” I cannot even begin to explain how much this rings true after starting to workout here. Before the last three months even the most simple task of tying shoes, walking up stairs, taking out garbage etc were difficult for me. Now, These seem like nothing to what I accomplish on a daily basis. Make no mistake, You will be sore, you will be challenged and you will find every limit you have ( they will likely be farther then you ever expected!). With all of that in mind you can also count on the fact that you will feel great about your self each and every workout and have the best staff to help you accomplish anything!
It’s hard for me to put my experience with Iron Tribe into words. Iron Tribe has completely shifted my vision for my future and my health. Since beginning Iron Tribe, I’ve quit smoking, signed up for my first half marathon, and I actually have some arm muscle for the first time in my life. I’ve never enjoyed working out and I’ve never stuck with any workout for any extended period of time. (i.e hot yoga, pure barre, cycling…) I’ve been doing Iron Tribe for almost 4 months now and I don’t see that changing. They always keep me coming back for more. I absolutely love the camaraderie and community aspect of Iron Tribe. The coaches are phenomenal. I’m Iron Tribe’s biggest fan girl.

I have been a member of the “Tribe” since January and I absolutely love it. This is my first experience with this type of exercise and I’m hooked. The work outs are challenging, somedays I think to myself how in the world am I going to pull this off? What an amazing feeling, physically and mentally, when I accomplish the workout of the day. Iron Tribe works and the results are real. This past week I ventured into every ladies’ worst fear…bathing suit shopping. What a surprise to walk away with two bathing suits that I loved and felt comfortable wearing, that hasn’t happened in over 20 years. What a nice idea not to have to settle for a “mom-suit” 1… 2… 3… Tribe!
Typically, I’m not a super fit guy. Not because I’m lazy, I just get bored and prefer beer. Honestly though, classes at Iron Tribe Fitness are really enjoyable. Yes, it’s hard work but it’s really social and the team has created a really great culture that’s fun and rewarding to be a part of. If your an already fit athlete, looking to loose some weight or anywhere in between, ITF is definitely worth considering. My wife and I did and we love it.

As the clinic administrator of a medical practice I have always struggled finding a long term team building event that met the needs of all employees.
One afternoon Katrena from Iron Tribe proposed to me a team building class with ITF. I was hesitant to try something so completely out of the box because we were used to doing a traditional yearly team building conference. After reflecting on the cost of the conference and short term benefits it would produce, I decided to take a chance and try something different. When consulting with the trainers I expressed my concerns, we were all different ages and sizes, how would we ever be able to be in the same class. I was assured by the trainers that the class would work for everyone no matter how different we were. We were able to work out a great plan to start a 101 intro class with just our staff in it to really build our team. The trainers were also great at setting up a time that worked for us to attend as a company together utilizing team building.
The 101 class was great! It introduced us to a lot of the movements and workouts that we would be experiencing once we started the regular classes. In the 101 class we also focused an incredible amount of time on proper technique and movement. After graduating from the 101 class we as a team felt well prepared to join regular classes. To my surprise after the first class I learned ITF welcomes everyone and allows people to work at their fitness level by scaling workouts down to what they are capable of achieving. Every workout is different so you will never do the same workout twice.
Our experience with ITF has been phenomenal. The trainers were on point, when suggesting Iron Tribe for a team building event, it created a fun, empowering, and challenging workout for our company. It has brought every team member closer together which produces a fantastic work environment for everyone at the office. Every member of our team has more energy and fun because of Iron Tribe Fitness! Iron Tribe has improved our work productivity because we are stronger together!

I have been part of many different gyms and group classes. NOTHING compares to this. I love the style of these classes. The knowledge and support of the trainers (yes, more then one) is fabulous. They not only work hard at teaching you how to stay injury free but support and push you to reach your goals. What ever level you’re at. If your thinking about cross fit or small group class I highly suggest taking a look at Iron Tribe first. You might just like it as much as I do!!!
Iron Tribe provides an excellent supportive attitude toward working out and staying healthy. Everyone there really cares about each other and encourages success. The coaches are phenomenal and really embody the spirit of the tribe so everyone gets what they need and then some. I so look forward to the workouts (each one is different) as they work toward a complete body experience/makeover.
