At Iron Tribe Fitness Redmond, we build fitness communities that change lives. We use a simple system of body movements, personal coaching, and healthy nutrition that makes you a better athlete. No matter what level you are at right now, no matter what limitations you think you have, our program allows for a gradual buildup of strength. 3 things makes your experience different from other Redmond gyms or other group exercise classes.
- Your Coaches. Coaches spend 3 weeks training in Birmingham, Alabama at established Iron Tribe gyms. They spend half of their training on theory and learning sound fundamentals of coaching our program safely and the other half working hands on in corporate owned gyms. Then they have to pass a written test to become certified by Iron Tribe Fitness. ITF strongly believes that well trained coaches is the foundation of you having a successful experience. And your coaches work for ITF full time so they have time to focus on making your experience unlike any other gym in Redmond.
- Class Structure. Your workouts are written by a team of coaches with science and methodology in mind. Structured warm ups get you ready specifically for the workout for that day, then comes the workout (scaled to your level) followed by a cool down. These 3 elements change every day, so there’s always something new! 45 minutes from start to finish and you are out the door! Just like every athlete that walks through the door, you will start with your 101 Introductory Program. During this class, you will learn the basics for success with us before you graduate onto regular Iron Tribe group classes.

Everyone who walks through Iron Tribe’s door is an athlete and we are a Tribe of Athletes with a common bond; becoming the best version of ourselves. It’s not about who’s the best in the gym, it’s about you being your best everyday. Your coaches and tribe athletes hold you accountable and our program is built around progressive intensity and sustainability.
What About the Iron Tribe Workout?
Our program combines three elements of exercise: 1. Cardio- running & rowing, which strengthens your heart, increases metabolism, releases feel good hormones that help ease symptoms of depression and fatigue, and it aids in controlling blood sugar levels. 2. Weight lifting-which improves bone density, promotes fat free body mass, increases the strength of connective tissues and tendons, making you less prone to injury, and most importantly increases your quality of life as you gain confidence! 3. Body-Weight movements- squats, sit-ups and pull ups are all amazing fat burning exercises which have many benefits such as increasing core strength, flexibility, and balance.
